Starting as a sales representative, Josh quickly advanced through the ranks, demonstrating his ability to connect with customers and lead successful teams. Now, as an industry expert, he specializes in storm damage restoration, insurance claims, and both residential and commercial roofing projects. His dedication to mentorship and team development is at the heart of his leadership, ensuring that every member of the Prestige Roofing team grows alongside the company's success.
Michaela Mellinger
Sales Manager
Michaela Mellinger is a dynamic sales manager at Prestige Roofing, bringing a unique blend of leadership, psychology, and customer engagement expertise to the roofing industry. With a degree in applied behavior analysis from Ball State University and ongoing studies in psychology, she excels in understanding client needs and fostering strong relationships. Prior to joining Prestige Roofing, she served as a supervisor for the Suicide Crisis Lifeline, where she led crisis support teams, honing her leadership and problem-solving skills. Passionate about guiding others, Michaela is dedicated to providing exceptional service while advocating for mental health awareness. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her four children—Jolie, Jonas, Jayde, and Joseph.
